【Human Resources Business Meeting】Exchange of Views Held with Japanese Language School and Dispatching Agency Management Companies

On December 9th, 7CEE held a business meeting in Yangon with the president of a company that operates two Japanese language schools and also owns a dispatch agency.

Current State of Education and Dispatch Systems

During the meeting, we received detailed explanations regarding the current state of Japanese language education, the framework as a sending organization, the current educational standards, and the quality of personnel. We reaffirmed that the number of Myanmar personnel aiming to work in Japan is increasing year by year, and that a comprehensive system capable of handling education, selection, and dispatch is already in place.

Strong request for acceptance by the Japanese side

Through this meeting, it became clear that the Myanmar side maintains a strong stance that they are ready to send personnel to numerous Japanese host companies immediately. Against the backdrop of labor shortages within Japan, this reflects high expectations for the supply of ready-to-work personnel.

The Role and Future Prospects of 7CEE

7CEE serves as a bridge between Japanese companies and Myanmar-based educational and sending institutions, promoting the creation of sustainable talent exchange mechanisms for both parties. Moving forward, we will continue to connect Japan’s receiving systems with Myanmar’s sending systems, strengthening practical matching support.
