On December 2, 7CEE conducted an on-site inspection of vessels as part of consulting services to assist a Myanmar businessman in restarting his floating restaurant.
A restaurant on a boat that used to operate
The vessel we inspected this time has a proven track record of operating as a floating restaurant in the past and is currently temporarily closed. The owner intends to completely renovate the interior and relaunch it as a restaurant.
Currently undergoing interior renovations
On the day of the inspection, interior construction work was underway onboard, with redesigns being made to the passenger seating layout and equipment placement. As 7CEE, we exchanged opinions on-site regarding post-restart passenger flow design, target customer demographics, and pricing tiers.。
