Visiting the areas affected by the major earthquake and a new mission to support reconstruction.
We recently visited the areas affected by the Myanmar earthquake that occurred in Mandalay.
The area has suffered serious damage from collapsed buildings and infrastructure, and many people are eagerly awaiting the reconstruction of the area.
However, the current shortage of cement and other building materials is a major challenge, and the restoration and reconstruction work is not progressing as well as expected.
Under these circumstances, we received an official request from a key official of the Myanmar government.
We have received a formal request from Myanmar government officials for the following:
・Urgent supply of cement to Myanmar
・Attraction and establishment of a cement factory in Myanmar to create a medium- to long-term supply base of materials.
In order to respond to the local needs, we have started to coordinate an emergency import system and also started activities to attract a reliable company to establish a factory.
We are currently looking for cement supply and factory establishment partners.
We are looking for the following companies/organizations
・Companies that can supply cement to Myanmar
・ Companies that want to set up a cement factory in Myanmar
We would like to ask for your help in supporting the recovery efforts.
If you are interested and would like to proceed with specific discussions, please contact us.
We hope that together we can work as partners to support the future of Myanmar.
