【Real Estate Inspection Report】Consecutive Inspections of Star City and Platinum City

Throughout late September, we conducted a series of site visits to real estate development areas for Japanese business operators visiting Myanmar. On September 29th, we guided them through Star City, and on the following 30th, through Platinum City, allowing them to experience the unique features and potential of each location.

September 29: Inspection of Star City

Star City has already developed multiple condominiums and living infrastructure, continuing to grow as a complete town. During this inspection tour, we showed you the residential environment and shared facilities popular among Japanese residents. Particular interest was shown in the comfortable family-friendly environment, especially the well-equipped pool and park.

September 30th: Inspection of Platinum City

Meanwhile, Platinum City is still in the land development phase, with few buildings and in the early stages of development. The site visit took place in rainy weather, and we walked along roads and plots under construction to assess the current state. While we were unable to tour the residential spaces, visitors could still get a sense of the city’s future development potential.

Comparison and Future Outlook

Star City presents itself as a “city where life has already begun,” while Platinum City shows itself as a “city poised for future development,” creating a striking contrast.
Japanese business operators participating in the inspection offered positive opinions regarding the potential for Japanese construction technology and investment in both areas.

7CEE will continue to advance initiatives serving as a bridge between Japan and Myanmar through on-site inspections in the real estate sector and investment support.
